These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the electerm software application and the electerm.org website (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using electerm, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

electerm is released under the MIT License. This means you are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software, subject to the following conditions:

  • The above copyright notice and permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.
  • The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

3. Intellectual Property

The electerm name, logo, and branding are trademarks of ZHAO Xudong. The source code is licensed under MIT, but the brand assets may not be used without permission.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Not use the Service to distribute malware or harmful code

6. Third-Party Services

electerm may integrate with third-party services (e.g., GitHub, WebDAV, AI APIs). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
